Understanding the signs of a mental health crisis is vital. An estimated one in four Americans will experience a mental health episode at some point their lives. Have you ever wondered how to help?

We can teach you. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help offered to a person developing a mental health issue or experiencing a mental health crisis.

As part of the Y's commitment to youth development and healthy living, we are proud to offer Adult MHFA, and Youth MHFA for adults who interact with adolescents...at home, at work or in the community.
