Amy Margaret McDonald
Amy is celebrating her 15 year anniversary this year here at the YMCA! She received her B.S in exercise science from the University of Mississippi and is certified in personal training, group fitness, sports and nutrition, kickboxing, aqua, kinesis and much more! Amy is an advisor and integral part of the LIVESTRONG™ and S.N.A.P programs here at the Y. Amy has a special gift for working with people with special needs, providing them with a fun and loving environment. She motivates her clients while making them laugh, giving them a great workout.

Beth Weinblatt
Beth Weinblatt has been a trainer for two years and has a wealth of expertise including weight loss, toning, boot camp style training, core classes, and youth fitness. Beth has even trained several woman to help them prepare for their weddings. Her philosophy is that exercise benefits your mind, body and soul. |

Cathy Sullivan
Cathy received her BS in Public Health and recently earned a certificate in Sports Nutrition while attending classes for her Master’s degree. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer with additional training in Senior Fitness, Speed and Agility, and Swim Conditioning. Cathy is happy to be part of the ‘Y’ staff. She enjoys swimming and running and tries to live by the golden rule: “treat others the way you want to be treated”.

Darnell Wallace
Darnell Wallace, a U.S. Army veteran and former college football player, has been a trainer for eight years. Darnell specializes in sports specific training, youth training, and weight loss. Darnell has trained 2008 Grammy Award winning jazz composer Jim McNeely and NFL linebacker Rian Wallace. Darnell believes that all it takes to succeed is the three Ds:
discipline, dedication and determination.

Diane Fennimore
Diane Fennimore, a Certified Nutritionist and lifestyle behavior counselor, has been a trainer for three years. Diane specializes in
fitness, nutrition and weight loss for women in mid-life, as well as fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and chronic disease prevention for men and women. She believes that workouts must be varied and fun to keep the client engaged and enthusiastic.

Drew Rosenzweig
Drew Rosenzweig is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer from Bedminster. Drew specializes in functional, resistance and endurance training and motivates his clients to exceed their own expectations with mantra of, 'Train hard, train smart, build the body you'll always want.' He recently co-trained a small group to compete in their first half-marathon, a race where all participants completed their race ahead of their desired goals.

Eric Silverman
Eric Silverman is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who has pursued a personal interest in Body Building for the past 15 years. Eric believes that there are three factors that will contribute to the success of any training program: Belief in oneself, the support of family and friends, and a positive attitude. Eric specializes in Strength & Endurance Training, Core Development, and Race Training programs.

Jeryl Anderson
Jeryl Anderson has 24 years of experience in group exercise training and two years of experience in personal training. Jeryl has
multiple AFAA certifications and specializes in Pilates and core exercise. Jeryl creates safe and challenging workouts for her clients and believes that exercise should be fun.

Jimmy Shepard
Jimmy Shepard received his Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is an ACE certified personal trainer from Gladstone, NJ. Jimmy specializes in sport specific training, conditioning and plyometrics, and has both collegiate and professional experience in baseball, and enjoys training athletes. Jimmy applies high intensity workouts and varying exercises, and believes in keeping workouts both fun and challenging!

Kim
Kim is a certified personal trainer from Basking Ridge. She has been a member of the YMCA for 11 years, and has been a personal trainer at the YMCA for 3 years. Kim has also been trained in Kinesis, boot camp programming, midlife fitness for woman and core training. As a W.O.W instructor, Cathy encourages her clients to perform their strength routine and everyday workouts in a correct and healthy manner.

Lis Staehle
Lis Staehle is an ACSM certified personal trainer and a Heartszone certified Tri coach from Basking Ridge. She graduated with a BS and MS from St. Elizabeth's University. Lis enjoys running marathons, cooking and entertaining guests. She pushes her clients to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise, healthy eating, and by her motto, "better late then never".

Liz Schmidt
Liz Schmidt is an AFAA certified instructor who has been a personal trainer for three years. Liz loves teaching and also enjoys cooking, swimming, spinning and being with family and friends. Liz expects her students to give their all everyday. Whatever you have today, give it all.

Marianne Dorigo
Marianne Dorigo has over twenty years of experience in the wellness and exercise environment. She has training experience in group exercise, in water and land, and personal training. Marianne specializes in post rehab exercise and recovery. She teaches her clients strength training to muscular exhaustion while maintaining strict form and posture.

Miguel Rustrian
Originally from Guatemala, Miguel currently lives in Basking Ridge and is an AFAA certified personal trainer and wellness specialist. This year, he will be celebrating his 5 year anniversary with the YMCA! Miguel teaches Kick Boxing, Boot Camp, Strength Training, speed & agility and kid's classes including soccer and hockey. His passion for wellness comes alive in each and every one of his classes.

Roy Sheldon
Roy Sheldon Smith has 12 years of training
experience and certifications from the AFAA, ACE and NSCA. Roy, who lives in Mt. Tabor, specializes in rehab and special populations. Roy also speed skates and mountain bikes as a hobby. He tells all of his clients that, "Cardio is your friend."

Stacy Ebbe
Stacy Ebbe has three years of experience as a personal trainer and nine years of experience as an elementary school teacher. She enjoys snowboarding, going to the beach, golf and many other sports. Stacy's philosophy is that working out keeps the mind healthy and
relieves stress.

Steven Eng
Steven Eng is an AFAA certified instructor and former gymnastics and wrestling coach with over two years of experience as a personal trainer. Steven specializes in athletic conditioning, bosu core workouts, plyometrics and jumping. Steven's clients enjoy high ntensity workouts that are diverse and enjoyable.

Yaniv Yarkoni
Yaniv Yarkoni is ACAM-certified in personal training , sports nutrition, and kinesis. He received his B.A in psychology from Brandeis University and M.S in Nutrition from the college of Saint Elizabeth, where he is currently pursuing an R.D degree. Proud to be a part of the YMCA staff since 2006, Yaniv helps members achieve their healthy goals by designing healthy diets and exercise programs. He enjoys working with all ages, children to seniors, encouraging all to reach their fullest potential.

Susan Pesot
Susan Pesot is an AFAA certified instructor with over two years of experience as a personal trainer. Susan especially enjoys working with kids and teens. She regularly changes up her clients' routines. "Don't worry about losing weight," she says, "it will come off eventually."

Tom Horanoff
Tom Horanoff is an AFAA certified instructor who specializes in functional training. Tom lives in Bedminster and has been a trainer for over five years. He encourages everyone to find a program that works for him or her and to strive for continuous improvement.
