The Active Older Adults (AOA) Program at the Somerset Hills YMCA meets in the Mt Airy Road facility, in the lower level Gagnon & Teen Community Center each Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 2:30pm. Join us for Wellness Activities, Social Hour, and Afternoon Programs.
Wellness Activities include the Elements Strength training circuit, a great place to start with strength training. There are treadmills, bikes and ellipticals available, as well as lap swim and open senior basketball. Kinesis for seniors is held on Tuesdays, sign up is required, and it is limited to 4 participants.

10:00-11:00 am Social Hour (Coffee, tea, cards, games)
