Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
This program uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion. A certified Arthritis Foundation instructor will teach exercises to maintain muscle strength and increase stamina.

AOA Conditioning @ RW
This program is for the active older adult who wants to improve their cardio. The class is done at a lower intensity and incorporates basic resistance training and cardio moves to raise your heart rate.

Zumba Gold
The Zumba® Gold Fitness program was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it certainly is as fun.
