Group Exercise
Research shows that the most critical element to exercise adherence is camaraderie. Join us in this opportunity to exercise with the motivation of an instructor and the support and energy of the class. Regardless of your goals, we can help you with classes like Spinning, Body Pump, Cardio Fusion, Step and more!

Special Populations
Many of us have specific needs depending on our circumstance in any point in our lives. Wellness supports these needs through a variety of programs and classes such as classes for seniors and Pre-Teen training.
