Athlete Agility Training (Ages 12+)
Our NEW ATHLETE AGILITY program will focus on the key elements of physical development that every athlete, regardless of sport, needs to achieve to reach their highest level of performance Our certified trainers will teach these athlete performance fundamentals through unique and scientifically based training methodologies that are designed to improve: foot speed, agility, quickness, increase speed and often overlooked deceleration.

Kids Kinesis (ages 8-12)
Kids Kinesis provides a new way to work-out, through which it is possible to perform an infinite variety of exercises and movements, ensuring strength, stability and flexibility. Great for athletes!
Kinesis offers both cardiovascular and strength benefits in one 30-minute workout. It brings your child closer to your own free, natural, multidimensional movements.
Unlike most fitness training systems, Kinesis adjusts to YOU, making it user-friendly and appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. Class size must be 3-6 participants.
  • Fee: $200 for 6 week session
  • meets twice a week for 30 minutes

Girls on the Run/Grades 3-5
Girls on Track/Grades 6-8

Girls on the Run/Girls on Track are life-changing, experiential learning programs for girls. The programs combine training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goal of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. Both programs culminate in running the Girls on the Run 5K on June 12 in Bridgewater.   • Grades 3–5: meet on Tuesday and Thursday 4-5pm at the Ridge High School Track
  • Grades 6-8: meet on Monday and Wednesday 4-5pm at the Ridge High School Track.

Fit & Fun (Ages 8 -14)
A 12 week supervised program focusing on showing preteens that being healthy and active can be fun! Two certified instructors lead preteens through games, drills, challenges, and questions to make this program interesting and exciting while improving strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination and nutritional choices. The environment is fun and non-threatening.  For more information please contact Amy Margaret at 908-766-7898, ext. 560.

  • Fee: $200 Member/ $400 Non-member for 12 week session
  • Monday and Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:30
