Boot Camp – In this power packed class, complex choreography is replaced with skills, drills, circuits and intervals. This class will push you beyond your normal fitness level and give you the extra challenge you need to boost your exercise program. A total body workout that combines cardio, agility, strength and endurance.
Bodypump® – This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
Core Training/Hard Core - Core training develops strength and stability in the body’s core, which translates to more cycling power, improved balance and enhanced functional movement. This class will include: posture, breathing, mat and stability ball exercises.
Kettle Bell Workout – ½ hr instruction followed by a ½ hr cardio & strength training workout using kettle bells.
Kickboxing – Combines fundamentals of boxing, circuit training, martial arts and aerobic moves to strengthen and condition the entire body. Particular emphasis is placed on strength, power, speed, balance, coordination and endurance.
Mellow Spin/Step - A more relaxed, lower intensity spin/step class.
Pilates – This mat workout class is an hour long program based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. The gentle moves are geared toward strengthening the “core” muscles using the body’s weight for resistance. Special attention is directed toward form, strength, stretching and balance.
Power & Strength – Combines personal training with group exercise. A challenging work out to bring you out of your comfort zone and work all your muscle groups.
Pure Strength – A 90 minute high calorie-burning training program guaranteed to have you looking your best, This program is designed to improve endurance, build lean body mass, and improve overall fitness and health.
Senior Shape-Up – A combination of step, body sculpting, yoga and pilates. Depending on the instructor the class is either half cardio half sculpting or toning and strengthening using Yoga & Pilates.
Step & Sculpt – A blending of step movements and choreography to enhance cardiovascular strength and endurance. Sculpting is designed to address the need for strength and endurance of upper and lower body muscles. Also included are abdominal and back exercises for a well rounded head to toe conditioning.
Step Interval – Intervals of high intensity step choreography and athletic movements combined with weighted exercises and abdominal work. This class is a complete work out and a great way to start the day
Total Body Conditioning – Combine cardiovascular exercise, circuit-style, with strength conditioning. Cardio-Sculpt!
UFit - An intense workout that combines cardio and strength training all in one high-energy class. This class will get u fit using kettlebells, dumbells, jump ropes, med balls, the Bosu and more with a fresh approach to getting strong and lean
Willpower & Grace - A high-energy cardiovascular mosaic of dance principles, callisthenic drills, and yogic postures based on functional training philosophy. Leave your shoes at home… this class integrates barefoot training methods to help strengthen your feet and correct imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips. You will find that over time Willpower & Grace will help you stand taller, walk with greater confidence, and function with the new strength that you have learned to harness.
Willpower Plus – Willpower & Grace with an added 15 minutes of upper body toning.
Yogalates – A combination of total body conditioning and strengthening with increase in flexibility by incorporating elements from both traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises.
