W A Y S   T O   P A R T I C I P A T E

Scheduled Participant This is our most popular option. Sign up for a specific class with 2 - 5 members and one certified instructor. Classes run in 6 week increments, most meet twice a week for 30 minutes. Your spot is reserved for you; you get to know the other participants and instructor. The cost is $200 for most classes. Sign ups are approximately every 6 weeks.
Kinesis Six Pack The Six Pack is a “punch card” that allows you to take SIX 30-minute kinesis classes at ANY time you chose as long as there is availability in the class. The Six Pack is a perfect option if you have a variable schedule and cannot commit to the fixed schedule of a Scheduled Participant. The Six Pack costs $90 and is valid for 3 months. You may purchase this at anytime. 
Kinesis Select Access With Kinesis Select Access you are able to use the kinesis equipment on your own, when ever there is not a class running. This option is available only available to members who have participated in at least 3 sessions of Kinesis as a Scheduled Participant. Kinesis Select access costs $200 and is valid for one year.

80s Abs This fun 45 minute class combines Kinesis and innovative abdominal exercises set to the hits of the 80s.
Funk Kinesis integrated with funky dance moves and a hip-hop flair!
Ultimate Strength Weight Training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body.
Fat Burn Burning fat through a low weight, high cadence work-out, with our Nutritionist, discussing diet along the way!
Golf You do not have to play golf to join this class!!! Golf will focus on strength development. Strength is important for injury prevention as well as it will assist in finishing the game without fatigue. As golfers fatigue their motor coordination deteriorates which in turn makes them change their technique
It’s all about Sports Recreational and pro sports - integrated push, pull, press, and squat movement patterns; with particular emphasis on lower extremity hip/knee/ankle thrusts, shoulder rotation, and core activation.
Lean Weight loss - Heart rate based program insures a high cumulative volume of work at optimal intensity in a relatively short workout. Elevate and maintain the heart rate while alternating between integrated Kinesis resistance movements and basic step platform activities.
Interval Circuit format where participants perform one movement on a module and then move on to the next module. The circuit movements are changed every month to keep your workouts interesting and effective.
Corrective-X Medical and rehab - Developing stability and strength in areas of impairment, with focused attention on functional movement patterns.
Genesis A starting level of difficulty to improve proficiency in movement by developing coordination, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, core stability and flexibility.
Emerge A movement series for developing increased balance, muscular endurance and stability with trunk bending, trunk rotation and one leg balancing movements.
Core Challenge General fitness program developing stability and strength of the entire body with focused attention on 3 dimensional movement of the trunk.
Kinesis Extreme A calorie burning and muscle defining 30 minute challenge for the intermediate to advanced Kinesis participant!
Kinesis Shape Kinesis with intervals on the step incorporating plyometric exercises, repetitive sculpting and cardio bursts resulting in a great sweat!
Butt and Guts A low impact muscular endurance toning class aimed at the abdominal and glute muscles.
Power Kinesis Increase your speed, strength and power during this intermediate to advanced workout. Unique multi-joint movements that exercise all of the large muscle groups while providing a high level of cardiovascular endurance training.
Gold For intermediate to advanced for toning, endurance and flexibility.
