Our team of Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers are dedicated to researching the most effective methods for improving health and conditioning through superior attention to each individual’s personal needs and goals.

  • One hour sessions:
    1-2 $70
    3-9 $65
    10-19 $60

  • ½ hour sessions:
