MIND~BODY

Riverwalk offers programs and classes that focus on all aspects of wellness ~ mind, body and spirit. Active older adult classes include:

  • Senior Fitness Strength & Conditioning
  • Yogalates
  • Core & Flexibility
  • Senior Yoga

Fitness orientations are given to all members wishing to learn how to use the cardiovascular and strength equipment the correct way. Our Senior Fitness Orientation program is free of charge and can be arranged by calling our Associate Wellness Director to schedule a date/time that works with you.

Personal Training
Available for individuals wanting to reach specific goals with assistance and one-on-one attention, those who are in transition from rehab and others who desire the motivation to visit consistently with the help of a qualified trainer. Personal training is available to members only at an additional cost.
